We are looking for an experienced digital media buyer to work with our marketing team to manage paid media campaigns. Selkirk Sport is the leading Pickleball paddle brand in the fastest growing sport of Pickleball. It is a fast paced environment with many opportunities to learn and grow.

Duties

  • Ensure our best content is being leveraged via paid media across all channels
  • Work with all ad platforms: Google, Facebook, Amazon, Linkedin, TikTok, Connected TV, Local GeoFenced
  • Work with marketing team and their capabilities (design, video, content production, partnerships, influencers, OTT app, operations, and organic social media management)
  • Work with and manage current performance marketing agency (google ads and Amazon)
  • Develop, manage & improve Facebook/Instagram organic post boosting campaigns
  • Develop, manage & improve Facebook/Instagram retargeting and prospecting campaigns
  • Work with SEO team member to leverage SEO pages with paid search campaigns
  • Be the primary contact and work with Amazon agency to improve amazon ad campaigns
  • Be the primary contact and work with google ads agency to improve ad campaigns
  • Develop and manage brand awareness, conversion, traffic, and app install campaigns across all platforms
  • Manage and ensure partner and marketing services paid media commitments are fulfilled
  • Be the company expert and stay up to date on all things performance marketing
  • Work with creative team to develop paid media campaign assets
  • Develop marketing automation capabilities to improve efficiency
  • Constantly test and try new things to a develop digital paid media competitive advantage in the industry

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Must have experience as a Google ads media buyer.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines
  • Extremely tech savvy and able to learn and utilize new technology rapidly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and follow through skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills with a keen ability to oversee multiple projects at one time
  • Must be able to work with and basic editing of video and image files (graphic design capabilities not required)
  • Able to work in the office or hybrid position

Position Location: Coeur D’Alene, Idaho*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
