Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee many aspects of digital marketing for our company. As a digital marketing guru, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute digital marketing tactics to support in lead generation. Tactics may include digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, landing page creation, and paid social media campaigns. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive conversions, and stimulate web traffic for conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to create digital marketing tactics that support integrated marketing campaigns. You will manage the SEM/SEO strategy and execution, providing insights, optimizations, and placement when necessary. The ideal candidate will be an experienced digital marketer with a successful track record of driving traffic, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, measure, and optimize digital advertising, email marketing and social media campaigns that stimulate traffic, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions.
- Work with marketing team to create digital marketing tactics to support their integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEM/SEO strategy and execution, providing insights, optimizations, and placement when necessary.
- Manage digital marketing vendors and report on their effectiveness.
- Regularly perform thorough keyword research, optimization of organic search maximizing digital marketing ROI.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO across various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and blogs.
- Recommend content creation based on digital search trends, current and planned marketing campaigns, and industry conversations.
- Measure and report on performance of all paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead web audits, monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs to make informed recommendations for improved performance and to maximize conversions.
- Prepare recurring digital marketing reports and suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.
- Identify our buyer personas to better target identified audiences.
- Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Work with developers, marketing teams, and outside vendors to implement best practices for improvement and create optimal solutions for new and existing digital programs.
- Develop, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of A/B testing for digital marketing.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Identify, apply, and share industry trends and insights that help to optimize campaign performance.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with SEM, SEO and PPC optimization and campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including content, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation
- Skilled at analyzing data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skill
- Good time-management skills
