Position Summary:

The Digital Advertising Specialist is key in assisting in the management of our digital advertising campaigns. This is not your typical paid advertising specialist role. Your work will foster the development and deployment of our customer focused marketing initiatives across multiple paid marketing platforms. This Digital Advertising Specialist role will provide for work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as you help drive the implementation of our national advertising campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Create and scale campaigns in a multitude of advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising Network, Facebook Ads.
• Schedule approved campaigns across all of our platforms.
• Track impact of campaigns using our platforms and other internal reporting systems.
• Manage a variety of marketing initiatives at the same time without missing any key steps.
• Enthusiastically accept varied projects and new responsibilities as needed.
• Build-out, research, coordinate, and managing new advertising endeavors.
• Assist in new paid ad implementations.
• Track paid advertising analytics and report those findings to your paid advertising teammates with actionables.
• Research and ideate a prospect-to-customer journey.
• Evaluate customer buying habits and hyper-graphics in order to assist in the creation of strategic marketing plans.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, or Google Ads Manager, and Microsoft Ads Manager.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic direct response marketing principles.
• Ability to work autonomously as appropriate to translate ideas into marketing strategies.
• Motivated to complete work quickly and accurately, meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with a creative team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide meticulous records of processes utilized.
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate reports, data, and results into actionable suggestions that will form the future of the company’s marketing efforts.
• Ability to handle many projects without decreasing efficiency or quality of work.
