About the Position
We are looking for someone to join our growing marketing team. This person ideally has experience in digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and Microsoft Ads. We are looking for help building and managing Ad campaigns within a seven figure budget. This position will directly report to the Marketing Manager and has opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Build, edit and manage digital ads across multiple platforms
- Collaboratively strategize upcoming sales, content, and ads
- Analyze current trends and plan ads accordingly
- Assist in the development of organic and paid media campaigns to target KPIs
- Identify opportunities that will lead to growth of existing and future marketing initiatives in online channels
- Target specific audience segments and create content and strategy accordingly
- More specific responsibilities to come depending on applicant’s skill set
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Google Ads + Analytics experience
- 1+ year experience as a digital advertising specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and a desire to learn
- Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks at the same time
- Collaborative and works well in a team
Preferred Skills
- B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Advertising, or similar field
- Microsoft Ads experience
- Facebook/Instagram Ads experience
- Experience with an e-commerce / CMS platform, preferably Shopify
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – including knowledge of responsive design, semantic html, and working with JSON / web-based API’s
Details:
- Full Time (40 hours a week)
- Must Work On-Site (White City, OR) (Potential for some remote work)
