As a Dietary Cook (Food and Nutrition Cook) at Royal Oaks, you will be responsible for preparing palatable, nourishing, and well-balanced meals to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs for patients and residents in a skilled nursing center. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience cooking and preparing food in accordance to serve safe standards required
- One (1) years or more experience as a cook in an mass production / institutional food service setting required

Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center, located at 2225 Knox McRae Dr., Titusville, FL 32780, is a 120-bed, joint commission accredited center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day-per-week admissions, residential activities, and a rehabilitation gym with inpatient and outpatient therapy, and accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
