Job Summary
Oak Leaf Manor North is looking for a hardworking, caring Dietary Aide to add to our team! If you want to make a difference in someone else's life and enjoy taking care of and serving the elderly, please apply! We are looking for a part time Dietary Aid to complete our morning team. Oak Leaf Manor prides itself in the care and enrichment that we provide to our residents. We specialize in personal care along with Dementia care.
Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Typical shift time is 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
Dietary aides are responsible for:
- setting up tables and other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
- serve meals under the supervision of a dietary manager or cook
- deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms
- take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses etc.
- discard leftovers and take out garbage
- clean food stations
- wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be at least 16 years of age.
