Diesel/Transmission Technician:

Tri-Star has an opening for an experienced Diesel/Transmission Technician at our locations. We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable individual to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Tri-Star and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose cause of malfunction
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
• Document work performed on repair orders, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanic tools
• Other duties as assigned by shop manager

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
• PA State Inspection License (Required)
• Must have your own tools
• HS Diploma or equivalent

Salary: depends on experience - very competitive, aggressive pay
