Fischer-Bush Equipment is currently seeking an experienced Diesel/Pump Mechanic to work in our Pleasanton, TX facility.

About Us:

Fischer-Bush Equipment is a leading provider of pumps and related equipment for the oil & gas, industrial, petrochemical, construction, municipal, environmental and mining industries. Headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, FBE is looking for a Diesel/Pump Mechanic to work in our Pleasanton, TX facility.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Equipment service and repair for all rental division equipment

• In-house and field service and repair

• Pick-up and Delivery of equipment Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of relevant work experience in a similar role is required

• Prior experience with construction rental equipment

• Experience diagnosing & repairing diesel engines (Tier 4 experience a plus)

• Experience operating a forklift and crane

• Welding capabilities

• Basic computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

• Ability to use a Smartphone

• Ability to work in all climates Detail oriented

• Highly Accountable and can work independently

• Ability to work overtime, be on call and work weekends

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong work ethic

• Sense of Urgency

• Focus on Customer Service

• Must have own hand tools

• Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical and background check

• Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and be 21 years or older
