Lyle Pearson Auto Group is actively seeking out Detail Technicians to join our Detail Department. Our Detail Technicians play a huge part in making sure our dealership keeps the pristine image we want to portray. From polishing and waxing all the way to learning how to apply clear mask and ceramic coatings, the Detail Technician does it all! The ideal candidate is going to have great attention to detail and prior automotive detailing experience.

Detail Technician Job Responsibilities

• Washing, polishing, buffing, cleaning, and vacuuming vehicles.
• Clean and sanitize interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Detail Technician Compensation and Benefits

• Flat Rate; $15/hr +

Detail Technician Qualifications

• Driver’s License.
• Prior Automotive Detailing Experience is strongly preferred.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
