Buffalo Car Care Dealer Solutions is looking for a positive, motivated individual with high attention to detail to fill a technician roll in our in-dealer locations in Syracuse.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flat Rate Detail Technician to join our dealership detail team. As a Flat Rate Detail Technician, you will be responsible for performing a range of detailing services on vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and interior cleaning. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently and quickly, while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of detailing services on vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and interior cleaning
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to remove stains, dirt, and grime from vehicle surfaces
• Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and report any damage or maintenance issues on vehicles to the appropriate department
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently and quickly to meet flat rate time standards
• Communicate effectively with other members of the detail department

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly to meet flat rate time standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
