Our team of inspired Interior Designers and Design Coordinators work diligently to fulfill our client's vision. From a living room makeover to a new home build, our designers are equipped to walk our clients through the entire process, creating beautiful and comfortable spaces and providing top-notch customer service every step along the way.
To be clear, we aren't your average Interior Design firm; our reviews and awards say it all. For more than 15 years, our multi-generation, family-owned business has been committed to bringing our world-class expertise to clientele along the east coast.
These long-lasting client relationships have helped fuel the continued growth of our business. With this growth comes the need to add a Design Coordinator to the team. Could you be the perfect person to fill this immediate opening?
Would you enjoy spending your days:
- Building upon your limited experience in this industry, taking large leaps in your growth, and learning from seasoned pros.
- Supporting the Design team to fulfill client deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met, budgets are in alignment, and the client has consistent communication from the Luxe team.
- Coordinating with Interior Designers, vendors, and manufacturers in person, by email, and by phone.
- “Rolling up your sleeves” as part of a highly collaborative, supportive, and humble team to do whatever it takes to complete every task and project, consistently exceeding the expectations of our clients and the team.
We’re seeking someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service-focused role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft Suite capabilities.
