Design/Administrative Project Coordinator
Job description
Talent One Staffing and Recruiting is currently searching for a Design/Admin Project Coordinator to strategically oversee, monitor, and lead the creative and administrative processes and efforts of the company.
Job Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay Range: $18/hr. - $22/hr.
Start Time: 8 AM - 8:30 AM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as primary liaison between sales and design teams
- Identify and oversee project timelines & efficiencies, recognizing and solving potential problems, and finding extra resources when necessary.
- Actively participate in the brainstorming processes, bringing exciting new ideas to the table
- Prepare art direction and communicate this direction to art and design teams
- Participate in store comps & analysis
- Work closely with multiple departments in order to get design projects completed on time
- Attend customer meetings, follow up with revisions and customer requests
- Create BOMS as needed based on Customer requests
- Design work and mockups as needed
- Collecting and creating customer presentations and meeting recaps as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Product Design knowledge is a huge plus
- Must be capable of managing multiple projects at once with tight deadlines in an extremely fast paced work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited University preferred.
- Prior experience in picture framing, interior design, or home décor is a huge plus.
- Proficient in Office Programs (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Huntington Park, CA 90255: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
