Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process and mail invoices
• Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing
• Post payments in a timely manner and accurately
• Reconcile cash receipts posted in A/R module daily
• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails
• Research and resolve client billing problems or issues
• Initiate collections on past-due accounts
• Work closely with Sales Department and Operations
• Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required, college degree preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
• Possess strong organizational, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Maintains accuracy, timeliness and consistency in a high volume fast paced environment
• Proven to be reliable, detail oriented and have strong work ethics
• Possess excellent customer service skills and phone manner
• Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment and work under general supervision
• Team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience 2-3 years
• Billing experience 2-3 years
