Fort Myers, FL General Associate Dentist

Reports To: Chief Clinical Officer

Our practice is in search of a general associate dentist committed to providing excellent service and care to our wonderful patients! We, in turn, are a group practice setting dedicated to providing clinical autonomy with the backing of a full support team for HR, recruiting, training, procurement, IT, accounting, credentialing, marketing and more! If you desire the robust support that allows you to do and love what you do best—practice dentistry, we have the ideal opportunity for you!

Essential Core Competencies:

• Excellent patient communication - Educate patients on maintaining proper oral health during treatment
• Carefully and methodically document all treatment-related notes, comments, instructions, etc.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally

• Compensation to include a payroll draw/advance and a commission structure that provides incentive
