We are a 10-Operatory clinic with 3 full time dentist and 3 full time hygienists. Our office is looking to expand our team! We offer an array of services: Same Day Crowns, Endodontics, Periodontics, Implants, IV Sedation Oral Surgeries, and Pediatric Services. Our office offers patient access to cutting edge technology including CBCT scans, Dentsply Sirona CEREC Crowns, Digital Radiography and Paperless Charts.

Our team is seeking a motivated & self driven Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our staff. Your roll will be to serve as the as the patients concierge helping to ensure the best treatment. The coordinator will ensure patient and family are kept informed of all dental treatment matters.

Your main job includes but is not limited to:

• Maintain communication with dentist to verify treatment(s) needed or recommended
• Ensure patient and family understanding of treatment(s) plan
• Maintain a positive attitude and high-level attention to detail
• Maintain proper communication, documentation, and record keeping
• Scheduling appointments
• Patient information updates
• Coordinating payment plans and understand ledgers
• Insurance verification
