We are a restorative, general private dental practice located in Shoreline WA. Our team seeks a motivated, flexible, and responsible office staff, one who can fulfill job duties in a timely manner and is eager to care for their patients. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task are of most importance.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, and check-ins.- Insurance eligibility and verification checks

- Answering phones, faxing, filing, data entry

- Calculating co-payments, collecting co-payments

- Billing and submitting dental claims- Other office and administrative duties around the practice

This position can be part time or full time employment to start with depending on candidate's need, experience and attitude.
