Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to work as a front office receptionist. Applicants should have knowledge and experience about dental insurances. Experience with managing patient accounts, posting insurance checks, and collections is a plus. Salary will be based on the experience. Must be familiar with Eaglsoft software.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Scheduling/Confirming/Maintaining Appointments
• Check patients in/out
• Explaining treatment needs to patients
• Verifying insurance benefits:
• Gather insurance benefit details such as maximums, deductibles, and coinsurance
• Help patients understand their coverage on the planned procedures
• Collect patient copays
• Submitting insurance claims
• Send claims to insurance electronically or via mail

• Answer phones and collect/record patient data
• Copy, scan and file documents appropriately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
