We are a growing professional family dental practice. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and to exceed our patient's expectations in the quality of dentistry that we provide.

We are a friendly, passionate, and caring practice looking for amazing dental care coordinator to join our team.

Primary job duties include:

- Presentation of treatment plan, accurately estimate insurance payments

- Presenting financial options, manage patient's account receivables

- Follow up with unscheduled treatment plans. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the practice management software.

- Handle patient objections by clarifying information, emphasizing benefits, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Build systems and protocols for excellent patient experience for new and existing patients.

- Work with the team to increase the practice’s efficiency, sales opportunities and maximize revenue. Manage office to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retain business.

The potential candidate must have a positive attitude, be hard working, courteous, professional, friendly, humble and also be willing to learn and take specific directions.

Minimum 1 year Experience in the dental field is required. Reliable, team player , resides within 30-minutes and service oriented is a must, and the candidate must demonstrate the willingness to learn the systems in place in our office.
