Families Together of Orange County – a Federal Qualified Health Center is seeking an experienced bilingual: Spanish individual for our Dental Front Desk position in our medical office located in Garden Grove. The proper candidate must have outstanding customer service skills and be able adapt to working with variety of individuals from the surrounding community. Primary job function is providing high quality customer service to our members while demonstrating our core values.

Salary: Depends on experience but highly competitive

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and occasional Saturdays (1/2 day)

Status: Full Time

Duties:

• Greet patients
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones in a pleasant manner
• Schedule appointments
• Patient outreach / follow-up
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Spanish
• Dental Terminalogy
• Must have a high energy/enthusiastic personality
• Must be computer literate
• Willing to work some Saturdays
• 1 year of dental office receptionist experience preferred
