YOUR LIFE AS A DENTAL BILLER / FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

This full-time customer service position typically works weekdays with no weekend work.

As a Dental Biller / Front Desk Receptionist, you are the face of our dental practice. You warmly greet each patient as they come through the door and ensure that they feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing us. You check them in and see to it that their insurance information is correctly entered into our system. Since medical billing is your specialty, you are in the know and gladly resolve any questions or concerns they might have.

When not attending to one of our patients, you turn your focus to dental billing. Your organizational skills serve you well as you track each patient's bill and make sure that all aspects are processed correctly. In addition, you make reminder calls and schedule appointments. Your day is busy and productive, and you love it. Helping people makes you happy, and that is why you are perfect for your job!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Standard computer skills

Dental billing experience would be a plus as would general office experience. If you can meet these requirements and perform this office job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
