Who we are:
Sincere Smiles (established 2010) is a modern and high tech general practice in San Jose, and it is our mission to preserve teeth and prevent dental infection using the latest techniques and technologies while earning the trust and respect of our dental patients.
We have encouraging and friendly staff that frequently celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Our newly constructed office location features top of the line equipment including Adec chairs, new instrument cassettes, Digidoc cameras, digital x-ray sensors, and more.
Our provider team currently consists of one doctor, two dental assistants, and two hygienists. We are looking to expand our team with an additional full-time dental assistant.

While an RDA is preferred, we are willing to train the right person. Sincere Smiles can be the home for young talent who want to grow and gain the experience to become the best in their field. We could also be the home for an experienced assistant who wants to continue to be inspired in their field, and find a home to retire with excellent benefits.

In addition:

Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm + 1st Friday every month off
