DEN-WANT A CAREER IN HEALTHCARE? - On The Job Training for PSG Technician
Job description
***FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE***
We are an independent full-service sleep facility with a phenomenal team and exceptional patient care. We promote continual education and training both individually and as a team. We are recruiting for independent, responsible and driven individuals who are seeking a career in the healthcare field. Our company provides on the job training for the right candidate. Our on the job trainees will spend 6 months working at our labs as an unregistered technician learning everything they need to know on the job. Once they have gathered enough clinical hours, we will send the trainee to take a STAR course registered through the BRPT and then pay for the first attempt at an RPSGT exam to become a registered polysomnographic technician. Training and support is provided along the way.
Our OJT trainees will be full time staff. Full time is 7 shifts per pay period, with potential to pick up as many extra shifts as desired (additional $150-310 per shift). The time spent gaining clinical hours shortens the more shifts that are picked up each week. Compensation is above industry standard and in accordance with skill level, experience and registration status, as well as number of patients seen per shift 1-2 (3 for OJT techs who excel in their duties before becoming registered). We are currently looking to fill 2-3 full time positions to work at our northern locations (Denver, Littleton, Broomfield, Brighton and Longmont).
