Rochester Presbyterian Home is looking for an RN Administrator-Guide to join our community’s leadership team. This is a 12 hours per week position at our Cottage Grove location in N. Chili.

Ideal candidates must be able to commit to 12 hours per week, are confident and capable of guiding the staff on routine and emergent resident care. Some duties include overseeing and assessing elders approaching need for enhanced care, collaborating with hospice and homecare services, communication with families, overseeing and approving PRN medications, overseeing and supporting LPNs and Med Techs, and providing education to care partners for hospice needs.

Job Requirements:

Must have a positive attitude, be self-directed, team spirited and share a deep respect and affection for Elders.

Must understand the Eden Alternative philosophy and ensure that our Elders are honored, respected, and enabled to live life to the fullest.

Must have excellent communication skills and experience in case management of Elders living with dementia.

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed NYS RN with a minimum of 3 years administrative/operational experience.
