Spears Enterprises, LLC is the largest volume Amazon Delivery Service Provider in Western Carolina based in Mills River, NC. We pride ourselves in delivering the most smiles to the Amazon Prime Customer base in the Greater Asheville area. Our Delivery Driver team is what keeps us on top and moving forward!
We are seeking reliable, independent, flexible, hardworking delivery drivers who thrive in a fast-paced environment!

Job Details:
- Stay Active: You will deliver, on average, 125- 150 stops per day. You will get your exercise while working.
- Independence: You will be working alone at your own pace. CEO of your route making good business decisions.

- Customer Service: Customers like to see you coming! You are essential to ensure customers get medicines, supplies, presents, and other goods they are eagerly waiting for.
- Staying Active: Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at different locations

Excellent Benefits & Flexible Scheduling:
- $18.25 - $19.00 / hour (paid weekly)
- 401(K) with company match
- 10-hour shifts are typical
- Flexible 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical
- Shift begins at 9:30 am
- A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
- Opportunity for Sign On Bonus and weekly safety bonuses
- Medical Benefits Available (Full Time Employees only)
- Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment
Requirements:
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old
- Drivers must have a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years
- Drivers must be authorized to work in the United States
- Drivers must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (We do not test for marijuana)
- Drivers must have a good motor vehicle report.

- Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
