ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checking for signed application
• Checking for correctly signed contract
• Validating application/contract data with CRM inputs
• Checking documentation/spotting falsified documentation
• Calculating income
• Checking Dealer Watch Site
• Thoroughly analyzing the credit report to include
• No hit 25 or over
• Authorized User codes (3)
• Fraud Alerts
• Active Autos
• Active Bankruptcy
• Active delinquency
• Consumer Credit Counseling (CCC)
• Checking/Investigating Fraud Shield
• Checking/Investigating duplicate reference, job and home phones
• Running Autocheck
• Running Precise ID
• Checking for Duplicate SSN
• Checking for Duplicate Vin
• Booking out vehicle
• Staging deal for verifications
• Documenting the deal
• Review Dealer Score Cards/Dealer Grades
• Reviewing, investigating and finalizing alerts as appropriate
• Conducting final review of deal
• Assure to fund deal at the properly staged discount, rate, term and finance amount.
• Responsible for managing your daily goal assigned my Manager
• Provide Excellent Customer Service to our Customers
