Overview:
We are growing! And would like you to join our team as a Concrete Direct Data Team Member for ConcreteDirect, a global ready-mix concrete platform, consisting of web and mobile apps (Android & iOS). ConcreteDirect enables the world to build safer, smarter and more sustainably by providing all stakeholders, direct or indirect, with the relevant data on any device, at any location, at any time. The role is all around helping to boost and sustain the adoption of our core digital platforms. This is a temporary, part-time position. Estimated contract start date is October 17th, 2022 and estimated contract end date is April 28th, 2023 (with the possibility to extend).
- Deep-dive analysis of user behaviors on the core digital platforms and identification of actionable conclusions that help to further increase and sustain the usage
- Consolidation of measurements to increase platform adoption as inputs for senior management conversations
- Development and implementation of user onboarding and training strategies
- Identification and launch of Proof of Concepts to help increasing adoption with internal business teams and external tech partners / start-ups
- Provide guidance to business and development teams to follow a hypothesis and data driven feature development approach
- Coaching of business counterparts on agile ways of working
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (in progress)
- Experience required with the following tools: Figma, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Experience with the following tools is considered an asset: InVision, Zeplin, Confluence, Jira, QlikSense
- Open-minded curious person, self-driven
- Thinking out of the box and creative problem solving
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a flair for numbers
- Good communication skills, ability to work in an international environment
- Fluency in English is essential
