• Job Title

Data Entry Specialist

• Brief Intro

Enters data into the state electronic system; addresses questions regarding children’s records and billing; provides reports to the Director regarding authorizations and records; maintains electronic files; assists with filing, copying, and mailing, as well as other office duties.

• Essential Job Duties
• Run data reports monthly
• Maintain in an organized manner all electronic files
• Assist with hard copy filing in clerical department
• Assist with copying of hard copy files when needed
• Assist with mailing of files when appropriate
• Job Type (Circle or Highlight each choice)

Full or Part Time Exempt or Non-exempt Regular or Temporary

• Location – include Program, Region, and City

BTT, Northern, Wheeling

• Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED
• Prior use and understanding of computers and word processing applications
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others
• Knowledge of office equipment and understanding of sound basic office procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to work with people of cultural, ethnic, and racial diversity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Confidentiality regarding all records and office procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
