Job description

We are Modern Furniture company located in Tonawanda NY. We are looking for candidates with or without experience in eCommerce but must be enthusiastic to learn the eCommerce/online business opportunities. This position requires inputting/uploading product listings & managing over 200 online products including price updates, sorting, categorizing & more.

Good Data Entry skills, basic use of MS Office and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Excellent Data Entry Skills

• Manage Online Platform (Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.) (Order Management, Shipping Arrangement, Product Monitoring)
• Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings
• Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms

• Assist Customers (dealing with emails, customer phone calls, etc.)

• Be responsible at individual actions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations.

• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Working Experience with Online retailers Strongly Preferred
• Related experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-Commerce channels; including: Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
• Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
