• Input and process credit card transactions.
• Analyze, organize, and total daily credit card donations.
• Create daily gift batches and distribute daily email to staff for gift tracking.
• Manage mailing of tax receipts to meet audit standards.
• Support gift-related external inquiries and follow up on unresolved issues with investors.
• Produce reports on gift data entry process.
• Handle data maintenance and ensure software is up to date and is properly operating.
• Provide database support to departments across the organization.
• Reconcile online gifts with digital marketing software.
• Create systems to manage direct mail appeals and packages.
• Add new constituents and ensure all information is accurate.
• Collaborate with Development Department to reconcile end-of-month proposal close out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Keen eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven record of meeting deadlines and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to accurately process gifts, manage data, and generate reports.

• 1 – 2 years of experience or equivalent in database management.
• Must have working knowledge of Blackbaud; experience in Raiser’s Edge, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Financial Edge, Online Express, and Luminate preferred.
• Nonprofit background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree.
