Job Opening Summary
Highly responsible position that involves work with the management team, providing office support functions and planning, initiating and carrying to completion various clerical, administrative and technical activities as required or assigned. Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsible for managing payroll information, reconciling expenditures with invoices and various data entry responsibilities.
Job Opening Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and general computer skills required.
- Previous data entry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work within deadlines and good communication skills required.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
- Must possess demonstrated database management, word processing and spreadsheet utilities skills; prefer proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel processing skills.
- Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position.
