Job description
We are looking to hire 4 Administrative Assistants / Data Entry Clerks.
In this role you will be expected to organize and schedule appointments, attend weekly meeting, write and distribute emails, develop and maintain a filing system, maintain contact list, track accident reports, filing, scanning, emailing, answering phones, assisting other staff members, MS OFFICE (excel, power point, word), editing adobe documents, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
