Russell Tobin & Associates is helping the a division of the leading music company hire a Data Entry Clerk.

Job: Data Entry Clerk II

Pay: $15.31/hr

Duration: 2 months

Location: Brentwood, TN

Job Functions:

Prepare Contract File for Offsite Archival

• Enter file folder details into archival database
• Prepare files to be transported by placing file folders into archive boxes and placing labels on each box

Prepare CD Archive for Offsite Storage

• Compare contents of 3 CD archives and eliminate duplicates to create 1 comprehensive archive
• Prepare CDs to be transported by placing them into 30 count boxes and then into master cartons
• Record the box number and master carton number for each CD into an Excel spreadsheet for future reference

Declutter and Move Prep

• Move items that are no longer needed to trash or recycling
• Prepare remaining items to be moved

Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:

• Data entry with high degree of accuracy
• Maintain focus and steady pace while doing repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail following established procedures and thinking critically
• Pleasant, flexible, and professional attitude

Experience:

• Prior experience doing similar work is preferred.

Education:

• High School Diploma Required
