Job description
The role of Data Entry Clerk at Hines Trucking, Inc. is to ensure timely and accurate completion of load ticket and/or dispatch information into HTI programming software. Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for assisting in driver recruiting and retention by maintaining knowledge of application process, having professional and customer friendly communication skills, and displaying a positive attitude toward current and prospective drivers at all times. Additionally, the Data Entry Clerk will assist HTI’s new driver orientation and ensure completion of all new hire training and paperwork. The Data Entry Clerk must always maintain a congenial attitude and never jeopardize the integrity of the company, safety, customer, or themselves while representing HTI.
