Geotemps is looking for several individuals to assist with Data Entry for a project expected to last 3-4 months. Looking for dependable and energetic individuals to help migrate a large amount of data from one computer system to another system. The individuals will be expected to know Excel at an entry to intermediate level.

Essential Job Functions may include the following or other duties as assigned:

  • Data entry into multiple software platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining paperwork and records
  • Data Entry individual will work with both paper documents and electronic files
  • Find and retrieve information from electronic files in response to requests from authorized users
  • Perform periodic inspections of files in order to ensure correct placement, legibility, and proper condition
  • Place materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets or boxes, according to classification and identification information

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be proficient in Windows 10 and have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Database experience helpful
  • Must be able to follow directions completely, accurately and consistently.
  • Able to successfully complete Reference Check, Background Check, and Drug Screen
  • Must show proof of vaccination before starting

Employee will need to be able to lift and move up to 20 lbs. on occasion, see clearly at close distances (computer work, typing, reading, writing), use hands and wrists repetitively, stand, sit, walk on even surfaces, reach above head, bend and twist / turn.

Environment
Employee’s working conditions are indoors which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. There is not substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions as work is in a typical office environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
