The Data Analyst entails ensuring the quality of data in our EHR system. Reporting and design through SQL and/or Access. Analyzing data and creating strategies for optimization, form design for ensuring quality data collection and template setup for mandatory reporting. Must be proficient in Excel formulas and pivot tables. Facilitate workload for the Application Developer and back up for the EHR Administrator.

Qualifications:
Education:
AS or BS in Data Analytics or Database Design/Report Writing/Related field or equivalent (5 years) work experience.
Experience:
3-5 years with data analytics, databases, reporting and/or EHR systems.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must have knowledge of reporting, working through different tools and an understanding of relational databases. Should possess qualities such as being analytical. Experience in Access or SQL needed. EHR experience would be helpful. Must be proficient in Excel formulas and pivot tables. Other needed skills are but not limited to; form design, data correction, and staff training. Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality protocols.

Work Environment:
The employee may be in contact with individuals and families in crisis who may be ill, using substances and/or not attentive to personal health and safety for themselves. Additionally, the employee may experience a number of unpleasant sensory demands associated with the client’s use of alcohol and drugs, and the lack of personal care. May experience extended periods alone in office.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
