Position Overview:

Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget while maintaining quality craftsmanship and safety. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project duration. Project execution should be done within the confines of company goals and vision.



Major Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion
  • Plan and Define Project Scope with emphasis on distributed antenna systems (DAS)
  • Strong Design-Build Capability with emphasis on distributed antenna systems (DAS)
  • Activity Coordination / Sequencing
  • Manpower and Resource Planning
  • Create and Develop Project Schedules
  • Read and Interpret Construction Drawings
  • Cost Estimating and Project Budget Development
  • Prepare bid packages
  • Responsible for project financial performance
  • Documentation Organization
  • Risk Analysis & Risk Management
  • Monitoring and Reporting Project Progress and Status
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings as necessary
  • Oversee preparation of project submittals
  • Oversee preparation of as-builts, and test results for project closeout
  • Communicate and interface with customers and other trades
  • Communicate and interface with project stakeholders
  • Team Leadership
  • Strategic Influencing
  • Work with Partners and Stakeholders
  • Oversee Project Procurement and Supply Chain Management
  • Control Quality - QA/QC fieldwork
  • Customer Service
  • Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
  • Assist with resource and CAPEX planning
  • Assist with Team Staffing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years in distributed antenna systems
  • Experience running crews
  • Sales Experience
  • Estimating Experience preferred

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Proficient in iBwave design software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 360
  • Proficient in Bluebeam
  • Proficient in MS Project
  • Presentation and Sales Skills
  • Project Financial Management
  • Previous Project Management Experience in Low Voltage Industry
  • Understanding of Security, Audio Visual, and DAS networks
  • Previous experience managing subcontractors
