Position: 2451 – Cybersecurity Analyst

Location: Hybrid (on site as needed) – Rosemead, CA

Position Summary/Responsibilities

The right candidate will work with the Cybersecurity PKI team, with the following responsibilities:

· Support of the technology, processes, and controls that have been implemented for the companies Public Key Infrastructure.

· This involves integrating the PKI with various tools in alignment with the future roadmap.

· The PKI team designs, implements technologies, and develops the certificate policies. across the Enterprise. This position will support these efforts.

· As a member of the PKI team, support the PKI roadmap.

· Design, implement, and maintain PKI solutions with industry-standard PKI solutions.

· Provision, manage, and maintain certificate authorities (CA) and registration authorities (RA) within the PKI infrastructure.

· Develop, maintain, and provision policies and procedures for certificate issuance, revocation, and renewal, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

· Develop scripts to automate PKI-related activities such as certificate issuance, revocation, and renewal, and generate reports on PKI activity.

· Monitor and report on PKI performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure availability and reliability.

· Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) / certificate management expertise, effective communication, coordination skills, and a demonstrated the ability to co-drive project progress.

· Coordinate group of PKI / certificate stakeholders in the creation and deployment of security processes.

Required Education/Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent experience / certification

· 8+ years' industrial experience in IT

· 3-5 years’ experience with in PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).

· Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others in a matrixed, cross functional, large organization

· Basic understanding of SSL communication

· Basic knowledge of SSL certificate and certificate containers such as "JKS, PKCS12, PEM, etc."

· Basic knowledge of SSL commands such as "openssl, keytool etc."

· Basic Linux and Windows skills

· Good troubleshooting skills

Desired Skills

· Basic knowledge in Implementing and configuring Venafi EKCM or other EKCM products to automate the management of digital certificates and keys.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $72.00 per hour
