Have you ever thought about working with paper and envelopes? How about being in a specialize department where you are responsible for adding custom processes to envelopes. We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate for our Butler, Wisconsin Facility just minutes from Milwaukee.

In addition to using your mechanical abilities on a daily basis, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 10 DAYS of PAID VACATION in your 1st year of employment as well as PAY RAISES of up to $.60 at 30 DAYS and then EVERY 90 DAYS until top rate is reached. WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?

• Sets up machine per sample and order jacket specifications.
• Inspects product quality according to quality guidelines.
• Maintains accurate counts of envelopes to boxes, cartons, and skids.
• Adjusts machine and packs envelopes uniformly and neatly, keeping up with the machine speed.
• Checks order properly throughout the course of production to ensure accurate labeling, printing, and packaging of product.
• Assists with removing paper jams and preventative maintenance when scheduled.
• Transports finished goods to appropriate area.
• Fills in as the Material Handler.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals is required.

• Ability to read a ruler.
• Mechanical ability.
• Manual dexterity.
• Strong initiative.
• Team player.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and/or 25 lbs. regularly during an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to stand for approximately 60% of the time during an eight-hour shift.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch during an eight-hour shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Manufacturing experience preferred..
