Stage Front is a technology leader in the event ticket sales industry, providing tools and services enabling end-to-end management throughout the lifecycle of a ticket. Trusted for over 35 years in the industry, Stage Front is continuing to develop new ways to empower our users and take them to the next level.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing company. This person will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, tracking sales, maintaining inventory information, and providing departmental support when needed.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients

• Understand and acquire event requirements to build events

• Be able to navigate through admin applications to create various tailor made events

• Monitor emails and be able to cater to client questions

• Be able to understand customer problems and escalate to the necessary internal party involved to be able resolve issues.

• Maintain excel sheets with inventory information

• Track sales and create report using the internal admin application

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Proactivity and self-direction

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Languages (Spanish and English)

Location and Schedule

• Initial Training Period (2 weeks) on EST
