We’re growing and looking for Customer Support Specialists to join the Progressive Debt Relief team! PDR has been helping consumers for almost 20 years by giving them a solution to an ever-growing problem, DEBT!

This position offers a flexible schedule for those looking for part-time or full-time with either 6-, 8-, or 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities Include:

· Team Approach: You will be apart of a sales and service team. You will work with clients and creditors to help move them towards financial freedom!

· PDR provides and expects you to use the company customer relationship management tools.

· You are expected to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). KPIs & goals may adjust at any time due to fluctuations in the economy, company KPIs, and business expansion efforts.

· You will work reports daily, answer client calls and emails in a timely manner.

· You will be required to adhere to all PDR compliance and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

· Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred

· High level of professionalism

· Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written

· Dependable

· Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing a number of clients on an ongoing basis.
