Job title: Customer Support Specialist
Reports to: CSS Manager/CSS Lead(s)
Cultivate and expand knowledge of product to efficiently and effectively answer various customer inquiries while contributing as a team player to support Outside Sales Representatives.

Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative provides excellent service to clients while processing orders. Cultivates and expands knowledge of products to answer questions and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders to ensure that all required information is accurate, including client information, pricing, etc.
- Respond and make calls to verify order information with clients.
- Interact and maintain communication with other departments to track order status, inventory, and shipment.
- Keep client informed of their orders, informs them of any issues or delays with their orders.
- Keep accurate notes and records of process status in the system.
- Support other department’s members on various tasks including coding, following up on order status, among others.
- Interface with outside sales team to provide in house sales support.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to meet internal service level agreements.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of products and services.
- Ability to work under fast-paced and handle high volume of transactions.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Maintain punctuality and outstanding attendance.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in customer service in an office setting
- Construction/Safety industry is a plus
- Sales experience preferred
- Experience using CRM applications or systems
