Our client has been in business for over 90 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. - The Customer Success Representative will manage the communication to our customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, collaborative, and enjoys interacting with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 3+ years of experience in Customer Service. The candidate should be exceptionally organized with great attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel highly preferred.
Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 55k/year for this position, and full benefits. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
