Customer Success Specialist

Location: Austin, TX—Possibility to work from home Remote

Working in the eprocurement industry, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

This shift will be later in the day. Must be able to work shift hours: 11:30am-8pm CST (central time zone).

Main responsibilities:

· Professionally handle internal and external customer inquiries to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and thorough manner;

· Effectively and thoroughly gather customer information, access and respond to customer needs, educate the customer as appropriate to avoid further contact, and document interactions through communication tracking;

· Resolve customer issues via telephone;

· Maintain a balance between company policy and the customer’s interest in decision-making;

· Handle problems in the best interest of the customer and the company;

· Continually assess and identify process improvement opportunities that positively impact the customer experience;

· Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as required;

· Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma Required;

· Customer service experience in a call center environment;

· Specialized training in customer service would be preferred;

· Some sales experience would be helpful.

Our offer:

· A flexible work schedule (40 hours/week); shift hours are: 11:30am-8pm CST (central time zone).

· Work from home, no minimum number of days in the office is imposed;
