Our Memphis branch is looking for a new CSR Wave Planner to join our Contract Logistics team. #LI-Onsite

Your Role

As the primary point of contact, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Wave Planner will manage communications between operations and the customer. You will handle their customer queries and complaints. Your focus will be to manage orders for our clients, and ensure they are picked up promptly. You will report to the Operations Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will perform administrative tasks for area or shift
  • Maintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • You will work with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims
  • Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system.
  • Manage the WMS system, update area or shift metrics.
  • You will be the secondary support of local team.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years customer service experience working in a warehouse
  • Knowledge order management systems or Manhattan
  • Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
