We are looking for an entry level Customer/Technical Support person to assist our clients/customers with technical matters when using our products and services. Customer Support responsibilities include resolving client/customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to respond and resolve queries efficiently and effectively. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that continually offers white glove customer support.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email or live chat -
Troubleshoot and resolve issues - software or hardware related.

Identify client needs and provide assistance using specific features

Share effective resolutions with team members

Inform clients about new features and functionalities

Analyze and report product malfunctions
Qualifications

Customer/technical support team experience a plus

Ability to quickly learn our products and keep up with the latest software releases

Experience using Windows and Android products

Experience with Google Suite

Experience with Live Chat Support

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be organized, able to learn quickly, and work independently as well as coordinate efforts with other team members on client/customer issues

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and set priorities within time constraints

Basic knowledge of Point of Sale and food service related information is helpful
