A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE / SERVICE DISPATCHER

In this office administration position, you are prompt and professional as you handle the needs of our clients and the administrative needs of our office. In this role, you answer phone calls, respond to customer needs through email, and schedule appointments with customers. Additionally, you take great care to maintain an organized system, including documenting and recording the correct services and keeping track of account changes.

As a vital component to our office administrative staff, you eagerly step in and assist with other miscellaneous office duties as needed. Whether tending to the mail or stepping in for our dispatch team, you feel great about your professional contributions to the success of our HVAC company!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE / SERVICE DISPATCHER

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
  • Able to handle office tasks, such as invoicing, filing, generating reports, obtaining permits, maintaining records, and reordering supplies

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE / SERVICE DISPATCHER

This office administration position usually works Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and is on-call from home as needed during off-hours.
