Inquiry Representative
The Inquiry Representative performs administrative and office support work within the
Inquiry Unit.
Responsibilities:
1. The Inquiry Representative handles all Customer Service received by telephone,
1. mail and walk-ins
2. Perform daily support functions such customer service, phone calls, data entry and
2. staff support
3. Send correspondence to the respondents regarding general information needed for
3. resolution of claims and inform the respondent of his/her current violation status.
4. Scan and upload appropriate documents into the database.
5. Provide quality service and support for customers.
6. Manage and maintain accurate records

Salary: $13.20 - $22.00 per hour
