We are looking for a Customer Service ROCKSTAR for our LOGO Department.

As a Customer Service Representative you will act as the primary internal point of contact for customers. Understand customer needs and inform customers of new products, deals and promotions. Answer product and service questions. Communicate expected delivery date; explain stock-out items and offer similar items. Assist with service questions, orders, errors, account questions, billing, returns, and other queries. Trouble-shoot product or service problems by determining the cause, select the best solution, expedite the correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution. This position requires good communication skills, initiative, sound judgement, diplomacy, maturity, and the ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

· Follow established processes for order entry, customer follow up on stock outages. Communicate expected delivery date; explain stock-outs, offer similar items.

· Use of various customer portals to retrieve and/acknowledge purchase orders. Update shipment detail information.

· Forward qualified opportunities with interest in company’s products to the RMS’s and field reps. Work with and provide support for field sales reps in making the sale.

· Work closely with Sales Team to better understand key customers and fulfill requests in a timely manner.

  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in recurring training.
  • Contribut to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of call center experience required
  • Associated degree preferred
  • Exhibits outstanding work ethic, a self-starter that takes initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with an expert working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral; capable of interacting with all levels of the organization and representing the company in a professional manner
  • The ability to effectively interact and communicate with company leadership as well as customers in a professional manner
  • Must be able to demonstrate initiative to thoughtfully research and follow up on non-standard situations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while exhibiting uncompromising ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities – flexibility, teamwork, collaborative work style and a positive attitude
  • Team oriented while also able to work well independently.
  • This is a remote role. If you are local to the Suffolk County, NY area, we can offer a hybrid position. This role is ***required*** to work Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm EASTERN STANDARD TIME********************************

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
