Windham Professionals, Inc., a national account receivable management and customer care company is hiring Full-Time M-F daytime schedule, 100% work-from-home Customer Service Representatives - Data Processing (SCA Wage Rate $15.00 per hour plus $4.80 per hour up to 40 hours weekly for H&W Subsidy) Remote in Las Vegas, Nevada, Clark County to work from home.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for data processing. Ensures rapid, accurate, and efficient data processing of client files. Enters data into computer and keeps data organized so that it is easily accessible at any time. The Customer Service Representative will perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality.
Job Functions
- Complete all required training and apply information to performance of duties
- Follow back-office processing procedures, guidelines and policies of Windham and the client
- Efficiently and effectively enter data into client portal
- Exhibit and maintain high levels of accuracy in processing applications
- Agent must be both efficient and effective throughout their workday by processing batches of applications at a very low error rate
- Handle all methods of communication in a transparent and professional manner
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of Windham and the client
- Reinforce high customer service standards to maintain excellent client satisfaction
- Accurately document each transaction in accordance with client specifications
- Consistently perform job duties and tasks achieving expected productivity and quality metrics
- Collaborate with team to identify trends and or issues based upon service activity
Qualifications
- Ability to organize and input information accurately
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Ability to escalate questions and issues that cannot be answered by training material
- Experience data processing or data entry is preferred, or some experience in back-office processing with an emphasis on quality and productivity metrics
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented aptitude
- Effective communication / time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while multi-tasking
- Must submit to and pass pre-employment background check to include additional government clearance (if previously cleared and your clearance has expired, we will have you processed to obtain re-cleared for this program). Note: For anyone waiting for clearance, you may be assigned alternate duties unrelated to this role.
