Superior Plus Propane is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, NY Unified Call Team Customer Service Representative whose role is to answer incoming calls from customers within the NY Region, contact existing and future customers, educate and provide customers with information on our products and services, and professionally and efficiently work with customers and operations to resolve issues in a positive manner.Primary Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming requests and calls from customers while ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly.
- Contact customers to answer inquiries, resolve concerns and create new business.
- Process orders and complete forms/applications as required to fulfill customer requests
- Assist sales team with incoming requests and outbound notification for new services and products
- Support additional CSC needs and requirements as assigned
- HS/GED required; Associates degree preferred
- Strong business communication skills
- MS Word/Excel
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
